When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed as soon as possible, but I do try my best to complete the oldest orders first. Please take note of the shipping time frame listed in the description for each product. Most orders ship within 2 to 3 weeks from the time your order is received. I work a fulltime job as well as have 2 small kids so please bare with me on turn around time.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping and apologize for this inconvenience.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love the items you receive, if you're not satisfied with your item we want to make it right. Please contact us at lovecrafteddecor@gmail.com or send us a message on Facebook!

Due to the nature of my work, custom or personalized orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are accepted within two (2) weeks of delivery.
Damages/Shortages must be reported within one (1) week of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as in it's original packaging (if possible)

Do you restock an item that is sold out?

Typically when an item is showing out of stock we are no longer selling it.
